Chunky Monkey Smoothie Bowl

This nutty and chocolatey smoothie tastes like a peanut butter cup in a bowl, but it’s actually a filling, superfood-packed breakfast that comes together in just 5 minutes! A perfect way to start the day! 
 

Ingredients: (excluding toppings)

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed
  • 1 tbsp coconut flakes
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 2 pitted dates
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder

Directions: 

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor/blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and consistent.
