Mint Chocolate Chip Smoothie Bowl

If you love anything mint and chocolate related then you will adore this smoothie bowl. 

Incorporating fresh herbs in your smoothies is an awesome way to enhance the health properties of it. Mint for example, is a cool and refreshing way to boost your immune system, alleviate stomach problems and improve digestion. 

Start your day with this healthy, lovely bowl for breakfast and thank us later! 

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 banana, large
  • 1/2 avocado 
  • handful fresh mint leaves
  • 1 tsp matcha (optional) 
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 2 dates, pitted
  • 1 tbsp cacao nibs

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor/blender with a splash of water/plant milk.
  2. Blend until smooth and consistent.

TIP: Go easy on the liquid, you want to use a minimal amount to give it a thick texture, so add it in gradually until are happy with the consistency. If you want an even thicker texture, go for frozen bananas too!
