Peanut Butter & Banana Smoothie
A combination of peanut butter and banana in a mouthwatering, wholesome and tasty smoothie makes for a perfect breakfast to start your day!
- 1-2 bananas
- 1-2 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 medjool date
- 1 tbsp flaxseed
- 1/4 cup oats
- 1 tsp maca
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- pinch of pink himalayan salt
- Combine all the ingredients in a blender.
- Blend until smooth, creamy and consistent. Go easy on the liquid/water, the less you use the thicker the smoothie will be, so pour it bit by bit until you are happy with the consistency.
- Top with some granola, cacao nibs and extra peanut butter if desired.
