Peanut Butter & Banana Smoothie

A combination of peanut butter and banana in a mouthwatering, wholesome and tasty smoothie makes for a perfect breakfast to start your day! 


  • 1-2 bananas
  • 1-2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 medjool date
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 1 tsp maca
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • pinch of pink himalayan salt


  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth, creamy and consistent. Go easy on the liquid/water, the less you use the thicker the smoothie will be, so pour it bit by bit until you are happy with the consistency.
  3. Top with some granola, cacao nibs and extra peanut butter if desired.
